accommodation rules and Price ( pricelist down below )
The price is for the cottage per night, including all the below-mentioned facilities. In high seson, the check-in day shall always be Saturday after 2.00 p.m.. On the check-out day, the customer shall leave the cottage by 10.00 a.m.. In high season, the minimum stay shall be for 7 nights, shorter stays subject to agreement with the proprietor only. In low season, also short-time stays are possible, however, for the minimum of 2 nighs.
Free facilities
Available anytime FREE OF CHARGE: - lawn area for leisure activities with a garden well and a small pond - outdoor place for making fire - roof-covered area with outdoor fireplace, barbeuce and kitchenette - sand playground for children - parking space. Besides that FREE OF CHARGE: PARKING right next to the cottages, stoarge of bicycles and skis, LOG FUEL for the fireplace, provision of the garden BARBECUE and NONSTOP WiFi internet connection !
A 20% discount always when staying for more than 14 days (two-week stay or longer from october till may )!!!
The price is final and no other fees shall be charged.
The price includes:
- complete rent of the cottage including electricity, water and parking, Tax and internet WiFi
- clean bed linen for 7 nights, clean bathroom and kitchen towels for 7 days (linen is changed after seven days of the stay)
- colour TV with satellite, radio with CD player
- fully equipped kitchenette with a fireplace, microwave, four-burner glass-ceramic stove with an oven, rapid-boiling kettle, fridge
- log fuel for the fireplace – optional provision of the garden barbecue
We recommend BOOKING as soon as possible, as the cottages quickly get booked!!!
In low season, the price can be reduced to as little as EUR 8,- per person per night, and there is a discount for a child up to 12 years of age – 25% !!! (the discount is only applicable in low season and in case of stay for more than 7 nights!!!!)
The PRICE is quoted for the complete cottage per night in EUR.
